Thank you for your interest in joining the team! We will explain our process for offering team membership in further detail after we have received your application. SPECTRE requires these basic things of all potential new team members. 

1. Must have reliable transportation
2. Must have own gear
3. Must be able to attend at least one scheduled game per month plus at least one open play weekend. The more the better.
4. Must have a drive to play 110% every game, all game. Unlike other teams, we don't pride ourselves on our parking lot presence. 
5. Should be at least 18 years of age. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. 

What about other things, you ask?

1. Skill Level: We can work on this. You don't need to be the greatest player in the world, but you need to have a drive to become a better player, always. That brings us to...
2. Attitude: While we can work on skill level, attitude is a bit more concrete. We look for honesty, integrity, good sportsmanship, and professionalism in all aspects of the sport. 
3. Gender: SPECTRE is not a team composed solely of guys. We've gotten plenty of girls into the sport!
4. Discipline: While SPECTRE is mostly a big game and scenario team, we've had experience in other tournament formats and are looking to assemble a larger tournament team.
